These terms apply when you use ListingBro (listingbro.com). By signing in or buying, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use ListingBro. Questions go to hello@listingbro.com.
What ListingBro is
ListingBro gives your own AI agent a listing kit, a directory plan and a tracker, through our website, API and MCP server. Your agent does the submitting. We never submit to directories, sign in to them, or automate anything on your behalf, and there is no done-for-you service.
Your account
- You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep that account secure; anything done through your ListingBro account is your responsibility.
- Treat API keys like passwords. If one leaks, revoke it on your dashboard and create a new one.
- You need to be at least 16, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
You and your agent
You're responsible for what your agent submits, and for following each directory's own rules. In particular:
- Only submit products you own or are authorized to represent, with accurate information.
- Respect the guardrails. Your agent must stop at CAPTCHAs, payments, password-protected accounts and directories whose terms forbid automation. Directories marked manual-only are for you to do by hand. Don't try to work around the daily submission limits.
- Don't use ListingBro for spam, link schemes, misleading listings or anything illegal.
Plans and payment
- Launch Pass: a one-time payment that covers one product, with agent access, tracking and the listing monitor for 4 months from purchase.
- Builder: a monthly subscription that adds unlimited products and link monitoring, and keeps the listing monitor running. It works only together with a Launch Pass. Cancel any time on Gumroad; it stays active to the end of the paid month.
- When your access ends, you can still sign in and export your listing kit. Agent access, tracking and monitoring stop.
- Gumroad processes payments, taxes and receipts. For refunds or billing problems, email hello@listingbro.com.
- We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you've already paid for.
Directory information
Our directory catalog (requirements, queue times, link types, Domain Rating) is collected with care but changes often and may be out of date. Domain Rating is by Ahrefs. We can't promise that any directory will accept your product, keep it listed, link to you, or send you traffic or rankings.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you and your agent add: product details, kit copy, notes. You give us permission to store and process it only to run ListingBro for you. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Fair use
Don't attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service, scrape it beyond what your agent needs, resell access, or share an account between unrelated customers. We may suspend accounts that do, or that use ListingBro to harm directories or other people.
Changes and availability
We keep improving ListingBro, so features change. We aim to keep it running, but it's provided as is, without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. If we ever shut ListingBro down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ListingBro isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or directory decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Ending
You can stop using ListingBro and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms; where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we'll email you before they take effect. Using ListingBro after that means you accept the new terms.
